Running on Empty. A series of designed visuals that educate and advocate on the social issue topic of Body Dysmorphia among female athletes. 

The senior thesis project for the Arizona State Visual Communication program is a culmination of work that allows students the opportunity to increase awareness of a social issue through visual commentary. Designed visuals include a functional clock, exhibition, and book design.   

Being inspired by my own personal experience in athletics, I choose to focus on the pressures surrounding female athletes and body dysmorphia, highlighting the harmful effects of RED-S Syndrome - Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport. See the full book here.
